Chef John graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park in 2000, obtained his sommelier credentials in 2001 and has 15 years of experience in fine dining from New York to LA to Austin and now Maui. From crafting custom menus of local Hawaii products that please your palette to catering unique large scale events, Chef John's range of experience will ensure that every occasion is memorable.

Chef John has been a chef on Maui for over 10 years, working in award-winning restaurants, banquets and catering. He loves working with the fresh flavors of Maui grown produce and products.
